WakeUp! Westchester provides curated headlines and video clips with a Point of View written by WakeUp! Westchester editors with links to news articles covering current events worldwide.
WakeUp! Westchester only collects information from individuals when they opt in to receive the WakeUp! Westchester newsletter via www.wakeupwestchester.com.

Opting-out of receiving electronic communications from us
We do not send marketing-related emails to anyone. Therefore it is not necessary to opt out of receiving any marketing-related emails from us, because that will not happen. If you receive marketing related emails claiming to be from WakeUp! Westchester, they are fraudulent.
The only emails that WakeUp! Westchester generates is a daily newsletter that our site visitors must opt-in to receive.
At this time, we do not honor “Do Not Track” headers and similar mechanisms.
4.3 YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS
You have the following data protection rights:
- You have the right to request access to or that we change, update, or delete your personal information at any time.
- If we have collected and process your personal information with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time.
